Welcome to Atelier Anam Cara, an online store offering handmade creations. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

1. Business Information

Atelier Anam Cara is a sole proprietorship registered in France under the auto-entrepreneur status.

2. Products

Atelier Anam Cara offers unique handmade items including natural candles, wax melts, macramé decor, and crochet creations.

Each item is crafted by hand, which means slight variations in shape, color, or texture may occur. These are part of the charm and authenticity of handmade products and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€), VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Orders and Availability

Products are offered while supplies last.
In the rare event of unavailability, the customer will be contacted by email as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping is handled within mainland France.

  • Atelier Anam Cara is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

7. Responsibility and Safety

Atelier Anam Cara is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products.

⚠️ Important Safety Note:

  • Never leave a lit candle unattended.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Use wax melts only with appropriate burners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, visuals, logos, products, and photos) is the exclusive property of Atelier Anam Cara.
Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Personal Data

Your personal data is used solely for processing orders and maintaining customer relations.
Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

In accordance with French data protection laws and the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your data.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
